Sometimes we just go gym for months but still we don't get the body we want to have. It is because we are having a wrong type of eating pattern. Right diet is important to have the body we want to have but first we should know what type of bodies, here they are:
1.Thin
2.Athletic type
3.Muscular (with big muscles)
4.Model type
For model type of body, it have muscles but it is less than the bigger ones, the muscular type. The diet of model type is having enough carbohydrates and protein and proper exercise. here are the example or guideliness for the model type body:
For breakfast:
It's should be the heaviest meal of the day because our body will need more energy.
For Lunch:
1 cup of rice
1 piece of fried chicken legs or 1 piece of fried fish
or
other viand that have protein
1 cup of sliced fruits
or other vitamin giving foods
For Dinner:
Take Note: It is the lightest of the meal of the day
1 cup of Oatmeal with hot non-fat milk preparation
For Muscular type, you will need a proper amount of calcium and protein because you are building your muscles and you should have a proper exercise.
Here are the example and guidelines for the meal for Muscular type:
For Breakfast: It should be the heaviest meal of the day

2 cup of rice
2 pieces of fried chicken legs or 2 pieces of fried fish
or other viand that have high in Protein
1 cup of sliced fruits
For Dinner:
2 cup of rice
2 pieces of viand that have high-protein content(fish, egg, chicken meat, pork, beef)
1 glass of non-fat milk

Oatmeal for a Good Body and Good Health
Oatmeal is not tasty food but it have many nutritional value.
Oats have carbohydrates, B vitamins and water soluble fiber. It reduces blood cholesterol and help reduce the risk of heart disease. In my observation, having a bowl of Oatmeal a day helps reduce fats in the body. Everyday in my snack time I prepare a bowl of Oatmeal. I put it with hot non-fat or low-fat milk to add taste. Everyday I do it and it helps me to reduce fats in the body. If you want to have tighter abs, you should eat a bowl of Oatmeal everyday and have excercise every day. If you are building muscles and afraid to get thin, you can add non-fat or low-fat milk, milk is a source of protein that will help you to build muscles. In result you will have a tighter abs and big arms. If you have not included Oatmeal in your meal I recommended you to have it for a better body and a better health.
