It is because we are having a wrong type of eating pattern. Everyday in my snack time I prepare a bowl of Oatmeal. I put it with hot non-fat or low-fat milk to add taste. Everyday I do it and it helps me to reduce fats in the body. If you want to have tighter abs, you should eat a bowl of Oatmeal everyday and have excercise every day. If you are building muscles and afraid to get thin, you can add non-fat or low-fat milk, milk is a source of protein that will help you to build muscles. In result you will have a tighter abs and big arms.
